Located minutes from downtown Needham, MA and I-95, Avita of Needham is Metrowest Massachusetts’ first dedicated memory and dementia care community. RBLA worked with Northbridge Companies, WaypointKLA, and The Architectural Team to create four distictly themed courtyards to serve each "neighborhood" in this memory care building. Each garden: Zen, Formal, Cottage, and Butterfly, features a unique aesthetic to help with resident wayfinding and support feelings of familiarity and home.
