RBLA design was the landscape architect through the local permitting process for 45 units proposed of affordable housing developed by Harborlight Community Partners. The completed project offers supportive services for seniors and on-site enrichment programs (art classes, author talks, holiday celebrations) with an on-site property manager & service coordinator.
