Allston Green District's Edge: The second ground-up infill project in Allston's Green District, the Edge features a large roof deck for resident use. Adjacent to the building's fitness room, the deck features a synthetic turf lawn for yoga and sunbathing, as well as a putting green, grills, and seating area. Carrying the "Zen" aesthetic and LEED certification, the grounds include drought-tolerant plantings, self-watering planters, and reclaimed granite curbs and seatwalls.

Allston Green District's Eco: Reclaimed granite, ornamental grasses, and a largely native plant palette reflect the Owner's Zen aesthetic and desire for a sustainable -- LEED Platinum -- addition to the Allston Green District in Boston, MA

We enjoy great views of Boston from the Allston Green District's Eco rooftop. Self-watering planters filled with Clumping Bamboo, ornamental grasses, and trailing vines screen rooftop utilities.
