Working with The Planning Office for Urban Affairs, The Architectural Team, and Samiotes Consultants, we created an affordable housing campus convenient to one of the trendiest downtowns on Massachusetts' North Shore. To honor the site's history as the campus of St. Joseph's Church, the granite stairs and retaining walls along the church foundation were reused for benches, walls, and edging in the residences' rear courtyard.
