REBECCA BACHAND, PLA, LEED AP

With a background in larger scale planning, MA entitlements, and LEED certification, I provide expedited permitting, cost-effective strategies, and practical, build-able solutions. I look at the big picture – beyond the planting plan – particularly site layout and logistics, early in the process.

A registered landscape architect and LEED accredited professional, I have a broad design background and experience with all phases of project development and property entitlement efforts.

RBLA Design LLC has been certified as both a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and a Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Massachusetts Operational Services Division Supplier Diversity Office. We are also certified DBE in New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We feel this is a benefit to our public sector clients as well as those developers working with public funding.

Low overhead keeps me cost-competitive while I provide Principal-level experience. Working from my home office in Dedham, MA, I am conveniently located to most Eastern NE locations, and millions of square feet of retail and restaurant space.

When I’m not walking my dog, I’m happy to meet you for coffee, lunch, or virtually to discuss your project!
