MULTIUNIT HOUSING: AFFORDABLE SENIOR LIVING
Hearth at Four Corners
Opening in 2021, Hearth at Four Corners will create 54 units of supportive, affordable housing for older adults. Located on a previously vacant city-owned lot in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, MA, new housing development will serve individuals age 62 or older who have either low or middle-income housing needs, with units reserved for formerly homeless individuals and clients of the Department of Mental Health.
All residents at the new building will have 24/7 access to on-site concierge services, a Resident Service Coordinator, and additional wellness services.
