After decades of hearing about the planned development of “Bartlett Yards” in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood, RBLA was invited to the party! In May 2026, we worked with the design team to advance the site plan for the final parcel through Boston’s Civic Design Commission Review.
ARTS & CRAFTS
RBLA worked with the team at the Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton to study a new, fully accessible entry to their space. Elements will be implemented as they move forward with other expansion and utility projects.
DO YOU SEE THE TREE?
We’re working with one of our favorite local breweries to expand their outdoor seating area, creating clusters of moveable tables and chairs that are accessible by staff, bar carts, etc, and allow views of the nearby Blue Hills.

NETWORKING + MENTORING
Rebecca Bachand has been working with the UMASS Amherst Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning Frank A. Waugh Alumni Board on a series of mentoring events pairing students and alumni, as well as participating in CREW Boston’s UCREW panels at local universities.
